Why is Alex Iwobi not in the Arsenal squad to face Cardiff today?

THE forward has picked up an illness which means he is unavailable for the clash at the Cardiff City Stadium.

He started the season against Manchester City on the bench, but played 74 minutes in the 3-2 defeat to Chelsea and grabbed one of the goals at Stamford Bridge.

Iwobi was replaced at half time by Lacazette in the West Ham win and didn't travel with the squad to Wales, with boss Emery confirming to Sky Sports that he was unwell.
