The Citizens are only fourth in the league following a shock draw at Wolves, but on the whole they continue to impress, and they have had the most shots of any club by far. Pep Guardiola’s men have pulled the trigger 91 times - resulting in a league-high 11 goals so far. The three teams above City in the actual table are Chelsea, Liverpool and Watford. Arsenal completed triple deal to sign three midfielders

Harry Clarke, Tobi Omole and Jordan McEneff all signed their first professional contracts with Arsenal on Saturday, as the trio continue their development through their club’s academy.
The Gunners announced the three players are signing their new deals on the club website on Saturday.

Harry Clarke joined Arsenal from Ipswich Town two seasons ago, and at the time his career highlight was probably finishing off an Arsenal-esque team goal that went viral on YouTube. Since then he has moved back into the backline, and made 16 appearances for the u18s last term.

Jordan McEneff is a Republic of Ireland youth international, who plays as a midfielder. Before joining the London-based club, he almost ended up at Tottenham Hotspur like his older brother Aaron, who now plays for Derry City. However, Jordan admitted that after completing both trials, he knew Arsenal was the club for him.

“I was invited for a trial by Spurs first,” he explained. “I went along, but then Arsenal came in and as soon as I trained with the coaches and players here and used the facilities, I felt more at home and comfortable.”

Tobi Omole went through a similar transition to Clarke, starting off as a midfielder when he joined the Premier League giants, before moving back into defence. In 2017-18 season he made most of his appearances at left-back and centre-back. He told the Arsenal website back in 2016 that he enjoys being at the back.
