All the 16 local government chairmen in Kwara State who were elected on the platform of the APC have officially announced their defection to the PDP. LEADERSHIP:  Nobel laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka yesterday urged Nigerians to disregard frantic efforts being former President Olusegun Obasanjo to form a political coalition and wrest power from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), saying the Obasanjo has a way of rubbishing anyone he dislikes no matter how pious the person might be to have his way.
