Wague, 19, was at the World Cup with Senegal this summer, scoring against Japan to become the youngest African goalscorer at a World Cup.

And SPORT report that he will join Barcelona as a future prospect today.

He is said to have arrived in Spain to undergo a medical prior to his announcement

Wague is set to train with the first team but play in the B side until he’s ready for the step up.

The right-back has been at Eupen, who finished second bottom in Belgium last term, since last year.

Barcelona transfer news: Moussa Wague played in the World Cup for Senegal

In 2015 he helped Senegal Under-20s to fourth place at the FIFA U20 World Cup.

Barcelona have been busy this summer as Ernesto Valverde prepares for his title defence.

Barca have signed Clement Lenglet from Sevilla and Malcom from Bordeaux.

Yerry Mina looks set to join Manchester United and a number of others could be heading for the door.

Wague will increase the pressure on Nelson Semedo who had an underwhelming first season at the Nou Camp after arriving from Benfica last year.

Despite being the only recognised right back in the squad Semedo found his time limited with Sergi Roberto often preferred by Valverde.

But the Portuguese ace is hoping to make more of an impact this term.
"I am adapting well to the position," he said.

"I am receiving instructions to improve in all aspects, so that I can help Barcelona in the best way.

"My teammates, the coaches and the fans have helped me a lot. I hope that this season can be better than the previous one.

"We are all keen to play, but in the end the coach will decide. We are all working hard to achieve our objectives.

"The objective for every year is to win everything, as there is a good enough team to win everything.

"We must keep working to win all of the cups.

"[The Champions League] is a good tournament to compete in, but we must fight for everything."
