Real Madrid boss: Inter must pay €750mn if it wants Modrić



Real Madrid President Florentino Pérez has commented on the reports that Inter were interested in the services of Croatia captain and midfielder Luka Modrić.

“The only possibility that Modrić leaves [Real] is by paying 750 million euros,” MARCA newspaper of Spain quoted Pérez as saying. The Croatia international plays at Los Blancos since 2012, and his current contract with the club is expected to run until 2020. Luka Modrić helped Croatia win a silver medal at the 2018 FIFA World Cup this summer in Russia, and he became the Golden Ball—the best player award—winner of this top international football competition.
